How much is an HVAC service call in Delaware County?
Middletown HVAC charges $129 for the first system during regular business hours, Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and $125 for each additional system on the same visit. Evenings, weekends, and daytime holidays are $275; overnights and holiday evenings are $375. Maintenance plan members pay $99 per system at any hour.
Is the diagnostic fee applied to the repair?
The diagnostic is the price of finding and explaining the problem, and it is quoted separately from the repair so you can see both numbers. After the diagnosis you get a flat repair price in writing, and you choose whether to proceed. Plan members get 10% or 15% off eligible parts and repairs depending on their plan.
What does HVAC maintenance cost?
A one-time maintenance visit is $129 per eligible gas, propane, or electric system. Oil furnace and oil boiler tune-ups are $250. A high-efficiency boiler is $175 plus the manufacturer kit when required. Ductless maintenance is $129 for one indoor head, $175 for two, $250 for three, and $325 for four. Annual plans are $325 for two visits or $600 for four visits for one HVAC system.
